I received the update that has the 940 forms. Does it work for anyone else? I tried just to see what the CRA amount would be and says the form is still not available, yet the update said it was.

I had the same problem too.  Hopefully maybe next week they'll update it... hopefully...

    I have same issue---was on phone with support for 2.5 hours.  No resolution

    01/05/24 still no 940 for 2023.

    I had the same problem with the 940 not being available when the update declared it was.

    I did not have time to deal with hours on the phone so I tried Information System and was able

    to use it there.

    We still cannot access Form 940.  Can anybody else?  We have downloaded the most current version.

    Nope.  We've been doing all of ours manually.  EasyACCT never releases this form in a timely manner 😞

    01/10/24 still no 940 for 2023.  Even though the 2023.2.01 version was to have the 940 & 944 forms available.
