At the bottom where it says "EFILE:" it says "Not eligible but in this year's version I haven't found what icon to hit to get the details of why it's Not eligible.

Are you speaking of the EFILE tab in the auditor at the bottom?  If you instead go to the Summary tab in the Auditor, are there any red warnings that you need to clear?

Hi, 

Janis is correct, the auditor should help. Click on show auditor in the ProFile Audit menu. The auditor will open at the bottom of the screen.
