I paid for the renewal of my software, but it does not appear on the dashboard.

Somebody else mentioned that yesterday but they didn't mention if their payment had cleared. I would try downloading the software through your 2023 program (click help at the top of your program and then select download next year's program). If that doesn't work, you probably are going to need to call support.
