Installed Easy on a new computer on the C:drive. Data files are saved on the network. Software says that the network drive is not accessible but I can get to the network files in file explorer. Why is that?

Got it figured out. The network drives were not mapped properly. Once I gave them the right letter designations, Easy was able to find my data files.
