    There are FAQs at https://proconnect.intuit.com/easyacct/faqs/ but I don't know of much else. Even the support given to questions here has been pretty sparse in the past. I have noticed a bit more in the last month from at least one Intuit Employee. 

    Google might lead you to a bit more, such as this exciting YouTube video
