Has anyone else had issues with entering an additional federal withholding amount on the W4 tab from Line 4c on 2020/2021 W4 and Easy Acct does not withhold the extra amount per pay period? We have an employee request an extra $50 per pay period be withheld, which we entered on the W4 tab under "Other Adjustments" at "Extra Withholdings" field. When we calculate the pay, it doesn't withhold the extra $50. Any fixes to this? It works using the old method, if we don't check the 2020 W4 tab. Sort of a problem because employee filled out 2021 W4, not the earlier version.
Any helpful hints to fix this? Thank you!
