3/1/26 EasyAcct Issues That Still Need FIXED

1) We cannot consistently make a copy or backup of a company.  The system will occasionally copy or backup to a brand new directory.  That is not good enough.

2) We cannot transfer data.  Only the GL transactions will transfer.  The sales journal entries, payroll, and bank reconciliations will not transfer.  In fact, if you try to transfer a bank reconciliation, it duplicates your bank account.  Ridiculous.

3) The Sales Journal data entry screen is buggy.  You cannot page through the transactions in order.  If you forget which number you've just posted, you have to close the module and run a list or sales journal report to find your last entry.  They also print out of order on any report I run.  This is incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.

4) Though the speed has improved, the program is too slow.

I want an answer from Intuit.  When can we expect ALL OF THESE ISSUES to be resolved?

@kati_at_intuit

When will these issues be resolved?

I have worked with this program for over 30 years, and never have there been this many issues, that have not been resolved. Today is March 1st, how come I still cannot transfer my data????

Oh, and I forgot to mention that if you do not know the Vendor IDs off the top of your head, you cannot use the search feature.  You can scroll through and manually find the vendor, but this is incredibly time-consuming.  After tax season, I'm going to add up the lost hours of labor and send Intuit a bill!

Hi @AZBond thanks for being a long time customer and for asking when everything will be resolved. We do not have an eta on when all items will be fixed. Development is working to resolve the concerns in the program and we will update the Community once we have one through the update release posts. We are still bringing all concerns that are posted in the Community to the appropriate teams.

Hi @bigburg thank you for continuing to bring concerns to the Community and sharing the details here. We have given the outstanding concerns to the appropriate teams and will continue to do so. We do not have an eta when they will all be resolved, but we will continue to update the Community through the update release posts.
