I used it one year, and never again. It has so many holes. If it can't find basis, it just leaves a zero value and doesn't call any attn or diagnostic to it. The owner spouts some pretty foolish and inaccurate stuff on social media.
My take is that ALL those crypto aggregator tools overpromise their capabilities, but CoinTracker is near the bottom of the list. I tell my clients not to waste their money on them. Upload a CSV file of all your transactions and let's start there. Then I see if I can handle it or if I should make them hire a crypto tax specialist (Matt Metras is solid).
