I have linked multiple Sch E worksheets to a QBI Component aggregate business for the past years without any difficulty, but I can't get it to work for 2025. When I mark the rental property as QBI it automatically gives it a QBI component sheet to link to with the name of the property. I double click to link to attach to the correct QBI Component sheet, but it won't change. I've deleted the erroneous QBI component worksheet, but it automatically adds it back. Is there a box somewhere that I am missing that indicates that I want to aggregate?
I've played with this on and off for about 5 hours. I am extremely frustrated.
