When filling out the client's information worksheet, a portion of the form is blank. I've never seen this issue before. I've downloaded the updates. Any suggestions?

Thats a font scaling issue with your display settings, this should help

Just purchased new monitors. Had the font on 150% switched to 100% and now the form populates.
