correct - that's what the attachment is...the signed pages.

On the EF tab, I selected "attach PDF" and then browsed to where my pdf file was saved. Then in the "Link to form" I selected Form 8283 Sec B Appraiser Signatur...

No - I tried submitting the electronic file and it was rejected - just takes me back to this critical diagnostic.
