I don´t receive any text message or voice call on my phone. Also I don´t have the link for the Google App verification. The product is full updated.

Apparently in the past some people had to receive a text message code on their cell phone in order to access software , but others did not. Just my opinion.
You turned on 2 step within your Intuit Account by logging in here?

Id go back and verify the phone number you have set for the code.
Yeah I think you are right Lisa. I haven't had any problems getting the text message on my smartphone.
Mine was working fine until today when my text codes quit making it to my phone.
