transferring a existing client from previous year

trying to transfer a client from previous year to current but I can't!! I see the client in the previous year but when I ask to transfer their name is not for me to transfer

Double check the actual file name by opening it. Then you will be able to find it.

This is the first year I did not transfer the entire client base and I've had to open quite a few prior year files and found some surprising actual file names. They're all there, some are just in disguise. 🙂
