Standard Deduction

HI-I have a MJS return where the husband suddenly has $13700 as the standard deduction.  It was $12400 two days ago, but has increased.  Both returns were ready to file two days ago, but we were waiting for Form 2210 to be updated for e-filing.

Anyone have any idea on what am I missing or what did I do to make this change?

It seems like it previously did not recognize him as age 65 or older, or blind.

Now it is seeing him as age 65 or older, or blind.

Does that help you figure what is going on?

I rechecked after I posted and found that the legally blind box had been checked--unchecked and voila!  Fixed!

Thanks!  I tried to do a follow up to my original post but the site would just not allow it.  Not my day, I guess!

    Thanks again!!
