I inadvertently set up two firm accounts and I had to have ProConnect support disable one of the accounts and transfer the EFIN to the active account.
However, now when I log in to the 2021 software, the product is registered to the disabled account. How can I register the Pro Series software to the correct, active account?

This is a guess, but Likely you will have to actually get someone from Pro Series on the phone to help you with that one.
