Question

Returns not successfully converted for E Filing

I keep trying to e-file returns and receive the same error message. Not transmitted, open return, correct errors in Final review, save and reconvert. The problem is that there are no errors on Federal or State. Any suggestions?

    Have you verified your PTIN?   it's a new step this year

    Tools > Options > Firm/Preparer Info      check the pink box
