Is anyone having problems with the program abruptly going down

On Friday and Saturday yes.    Then I ran Repair Updates for Proseries (close PS and run it from the Windows programs menu) and installed the latest Windows update Monday morning and its all been fine since then

I took my computer down and it happened again. Is the proseries fix inside the proseries program?

Windows Programs menu......This is a screen shot for 2019, but 2020 is just the same


A client that I support is having the same issue on about 4 machines.

Tier 1 quickly blames the AV and firewall.  Nothing in their environment has changed.

Tier 2 calls back on a cell phone with bad service which eventually hangs up.
