print forms not finalized

is there a way to print forms that are not final.  I thought there was a way to circumvent this.  I want to print all the forms I am working on to review, not to file

    some of them print with NOT FINAL or DO NOT FILE splattered across the front.  I cant remember the wording.

    Which form is giving your grief?

      some local forms in the PA return.  I don't think you can print any form that is not final.  It didn't used to be this way but last year I believe it was this way too - frustrating

      If you are referring to the local earned income tax return, this form has been finalized and you can print it.
