Pay Per Return

I have renewed the same product that I have always used - Pro Series Basic Unlimited Returns 1040 plus 4 states. When I went to print the first return, I am now being charged a Print Per Return fee. Has something changed? I have already gone into Tools-Licenses to see if that made a change. It did not. What else can be done?

If using Tools> License Product didnt fix it, you'll need to make the dreaded call to support

I originally downloaded the professional version. I then downloaded the basic, deleted the professional and now am checking to see if this solved the problem. This was the advice I received via customer support. The customer service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable.
