form 1045 is not in the basic software

 I would like to know how to get the Form 1045 NOL form from the basic version

Basic may not offer it.  You may have to use Professional on a pay per return basis for the return that requires that form.

As Lisa said, Basic does not include support for NOLs or At-Risk.  If you have either of those, using Professional on a Pay-Per-Return basis is probably the easiest way to go.
