How will I know that Intuit has accepted my EFIN?

I'm not sure what kind of notification process they have, but if nothing else, you will definitely find out when you file your first return.

You could also be a little more pro-active and follow the following link and instructions, if you don't want to wait until e-file possibly fails.  I check the link every December in case I miss Intuit email telling me I need it.

If you already uploaded it to Intuit, use Tools > License product and see if the info pulls into the Firm/Preparer section.

If you recently submitted your EFIN to Intuit, they should send you an email that they have processed it.

I had to update the address on mine, and Intuit only took a few hours to process it.
