My customer received the following error while backing up DMS: Access violation at address ######## in module rt160.bpl - any thoughts?

You're the second person I've heard reporting this.. I sent the first to the DMS team on Friday. I forwarded your case as well. Hopefully they can figure out what's going on.
which OS the customer is in and are they getting this error from the first update for TY20 itself or is it started recently?
Did this customer had any windows update before this problem stated appearing ?
Is it possible to get even viewer logs from the customer getting this error and send to the DMS team?
