Creating PDF

Hi, I am trying to do a print of a PDF to review my client's tax return.  The system is taking me to pay per return, WHY?  I have purchased 50 returns with 2 states and I am on my 1st return. Why can't I see my PDF print preview?

Try relicensing the software under the "Tools" menu on the top of the screen.

Be sure youre really using Basic, for some reason we see lots of people that buy Basic, then download Professional and get prompted to Pay Per Return.  If your toolbar looks like this, youre using Professional.
