Has anyone but me noticed that to sign in to our tax software we need a special code to sign in? Then once  if we leave we need a special code to sign back in>

    Yeah, they fixed something yesterday regarding the two step verification and evidently broke something else for folks to deal with today.

        i've just spoken with CS and they're working on that problem....

            Yes, for me its too much a hassle. I hate it but may be others think it is a great idea.

              I think it might be a security factor here but  it is a hassle we dot need right now.
