An unknown Error occurred while attempting to print Error 10250 I did what is explained in article 12-05-2019 04:37 PM, but I sill cannot print. Somebody can help?

I got that yesterday after the update.
I powered off both my computer and printer, then restarted, and everything went back to normal.
