YES IT DOES (ALL CAPS ON PURPOSE):

GENERAL -> MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION -> TEXT STYLE : 1 = MIXED CASE, 2= UPPERCASE (OVERRIDE).

NOT SURE WHY SO MANY PEOPLE THINK THIS OPTION DOES NOT EXIST.
