    Is there a way to have returns print all caps no matter how the info is keyed?

    I hear that Lacerte has that feature, but we don't pay enough for ProSeries to have that one included in our bells and whistles.

    Yes Lacerte does have that feature.

    YES IT DOES (ALL CAPS ON PURPOSE):

    GENERAL -> MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION -> TEXT STYLE : 1 = MIXED CASE, 2= UPPERCASE (OVERRIDE).

    NOT SURE WHY SO MANY PEOPLE THINK THIS OPTION DOES NOT EXIST.

    ahhhh, yes, that matters lol. My solution was for Intuit ProConnect Online for future viewers of this thread.
