WHERE DO I REPORT TAXPAYER ALIMONY RECEIPT IN PROSERIES BASIC?

      Where on Schedule 1? There is no designated line as in prior years

        It has been since the divorce 4 or 5 years ago

          4 or 5 years ago.....you should be good to go.

          the alimony deduction is eliminated for any divorce or separation instrument entered into after December 31, 2018, and the ex-spouse receiving the support payments is no longer be required to include the support payments in income.

            Then it's taxable. 


            Yes I know. I have been doing this tax return since before the divorce. So again I ask, What line on what

            schedule to I report alimony received. In the past it has been defined. Not this year!!! Grrr!!!
