Proseries open same client file on different computers

Hi,

I installed Proseries on three different computers and all connected to a server computer which host the client files. When someone open a client file from one computer, the others are not supposed to be able to open it. Here, everybody can open the same file and work on it. what settings do I put to not let many computers open the same file at a time?

All can open file and enter info, but only the first can save it.

But the bigger question: why would multiple people open the same file?

are you using the network version of proseries or did you just install it on three different machines and point them all to your client files?
