Proseries e-file issues today?

I'm noticing that proseries professional is having issues with e-filing today (2019 program).  It takes about 5 minutes to transmit for one return.  I've had this problem before.  My internet connection is fine.  Is anybody else having this problem today?

I had lag problems like that last Thursday, had a Windows update sitting waiting to install...once I got that all installed, everything went back to normal.

I just checked and I see a security windows update that just downloaded and waiting to install.  I'll try that and see if the problem fixes itself.  Thanks!
