Program stops working when trying to print

1   Program stops working and kick me out of Pro Series when trying to print.

Prints only 1 page

2    Unknown error ocurred while attempting to print Error #1250

 Uninstalled program, then reinstalled, no change. Rebotted computer, tried changing default printer 

Cannot do any processing of any returns .   Please advise ASAP- NEED TO BE ABLE TO PROCESS RETURNS.

Print to a PDF file,  then open the PDF outside of the tax program and print the return...that's the only workaround available at this point.
