problem with Proseries basic : file not found

I've been working fine with my software but today when I signed in I was not able to open my 2020 database. The error siad file not found:d\basic win2020data/2018 and then my clients name and itneded with   .20i.  

I closed down my software and laptop and nothing is helping. The helpdesk is closed today so can any one offer some ideas?

That path name "d\basic win2020data/2018" looks oddly and incorrectly formatted.
Go into Tools > Directories and be sure youre pointing at the proper folder that contains your client files.
