printing problem

has anybody had a problem with proseries professional printing the form template.

ProSeries has been known to have random printing issues the past few years...whether these are ProSeries issues or Windows update issues or a combination of the two, I dont think its ever been established.

Id make sure both Windows and Proseries are completely updated, powering down both computer and printer, then power them back up and log back into your program, see if you have any better luck.
