Pay Per Return Fees

A previously printed (and thus, authorized) Federal return was submitted to the taxpayer for review and signature on the form 8879.  The signed 8879 was returned and a final review made.  The return was processed through the E-file Now routine but was stopped when an additional authorization was required.  This would have necessitated an additional PPR fee of $41 plus tax be paid.

Did you print the Return Authorization report when ProSeries asked you to authorize the charge?  Have you looked at the View Audit Report to see if the charge is there?

Did you pay for both fed and state originally?  They are 2 separate fees.   Check your PPR Audit report to be sure.
