Open Client File

Cannot open client file:

 

Message displayed:   This file is currently locked by another user.

I am the only user.  Only on my computer only.

This happened after my computer locked up.  Had to force computer to shut down.

When restarted this file was locke.

How to unlock or delete file.

Thanks for any suggestions

Restart the computer again, see if you have better luck

Tried that three time including just now.  Same problem.

With proseries closed try move the file out of 19Data file and changing the name then put the new file back in the 19Data directory.  Open proseries then click HomeBase>>DataBase Maintanence to bring in the new file.
