Multiple W2-G Forms

Client has over 20 W2-G Forms.  Can I combine them into one and just enter that into the program?  All forms were issued from the same payer, all forms were Slot wagers.

I meant different dates, but winnings from the same Casino.

Yes.

Most of these people will repeat this. I make a spreadsheet, one for each casino. I list amount and withholding columns. Then I total. I then review the spreadsheet again to confirm before entering two amounts for the casino.

Lacerte and ProConnect have a very nice "audit check".  If you like that idea - vote for it at https://accountants.intuit.com/community/proseries-tax-idea-exchange/allow-check-mark-on-the-forms-t...
