Mailing list from ProSeries Basic

I am trying to export a mailing list from ProSeries Basic.  Based on the posts I have read, it looks like I need to create a custom view of my HomeBase and then export it.  However,  when I get to the screen that should allow me to create a custom view and click on the bar that says "Create Custom View", nothing happens.  Any ideas/thoughts would be appreciated.

Im not sure if you can do it in Basic.     @TaxGuyBill  you know Basic, can this be done?    Or do they need to use Professional for this?

I think it needs to be done in Professional.  So you can transfer your clients into Professional, and do it from there.
