ProSeries basic will not load. Message says the webpage might be temporarily down or moved to a new web address. I've tried for over a week with no luck.

Does it not open up at all? No log-in screen?
Try rebooting your internet router. That has been an 'issue' why the program won't update for some people, so you may want to try that to see if that is the culprit.
Let us know if that works. Either way, there is a great engineer that will likely comment in a while (Orlando), but if you can give a bit more details, it may help him to guide you.
Did not work. Running out of time. Guess I'll need to call Intuit for a resolution.
