Has the deadline for filing K-1s been extended due to the coronavirus situation$

Yesterday's Notice 2020-23 also extended 1120S and 1065 to July 15.

You can't file a K-1.  You can however file business returns that generate K-1s and most of those were due last month -------------- unless you filed an extension.

    Yesterday's Notice 2020-23 also extended 1120S and 1065 to July 15.
