Installation error code 1603

ProSeries Tax 2020 installation stops and I get the following message: "vcredist.x64.exe returned error code 1603"?

Thank you, That solution doesn't work, the issue is that the error stops Pro series installation.

I tried installing 2020 from my 2019 instead of from the Intuit site, and I actually got far enough that a ProWin20 folder was created. However, I have tried every single fix so far and still nothing.
