I'm a single person with no dependents, I have my own business and I had a loss in my business and for some reason this form keeps showing up and wont go away. I am 24 years old but for some reason it says I'm the child. please help I dont want this to affect my taxes

double check what you have for date of birth

Are you 24 now but were 23 for 2020 tax return ?   If so you need to answer NO to the question at top of Form8615
