I have a duplicate client name, but the file name is different. how do I fix this?

Do you know how you ended up with two files for the same person. I would just work with the one that was actually filed for 2019 and delete the other, if it was never filed. Or do a rename for the one you aren't using and call it something like "don't use this file (client name)".
