error code X0000-005

The fix for the e-file error code X0000-005 is taking way too long to resolve!!! Very disappointed with Intuit!!!

Its an IRS reject, won't be fixed until IRS fixes it on their end.

I just got this error on a C Corp return and there is no obvious reason for it....  This post is from 2020 and today is 10/15/2021..... How long is this to take????  Utterly pathetic.

Obviously it hasn't been going on for over a year and there have been no other recent reports of it.

Looks like this was a temporary IRS issue in the past, Id try transmitting again later today and if all else fails, youve got 10 days to perfect a rejected business return and still have it be considered timely filed.
