Efin Update

When I try to update my EFIN I get a message stating that a file didn't upload and the screen is greyed out

You'll probably have to call in and have support walk through it with you.

I did they had him on the phone for over 2 hours and couldn't help. They said they would do an expedite ticket

So can you get to the page and attach a pdf but it just wont upload? or you cant even get to where you can choose a file to upload?
