Is anyone else having an issue with Efiling today in Proseries basic already? Federal shows 1 error but does not lead me to the error in red like usual. (States have no error and will still Efile.) I have reinstalled updates and repaired updates. Anything other suggestions?
I am having the same issue. I called and they are not open yet... Please let me know if you find anything out. I will do the same.

I can't file either and I have a number of returns I need to get out before I leave to see other clients. If 1/29/24 is filing date, software should have been available at 12:01 am PST (as that's where Intuit is located). I have updated to no avail. Anyone else have success yet?
Same problem, reflecting error but none appears to be on return.
I use Professional... I decided to get these stockpiled returns efiled.. program worked like a champ for me.. all returns transmitted nicely.
JUST GOT OFF PHONE WITH THEM, MINE WAS DOING SAME THING
GO TO TOOLS-OPTIONS-FIRM/PREPARER INFO
MAKE SURE PTIN VERIFIED CORRECT? IS CHECKED UNDER THE ERO SECTION
THAT SHOULD FIX IT

Actually, I thought even earlier.
I already had my PTIN checked. I just double checked so that di not help me. Also then why isnt 2021 or 2022 filing either?
I use Professional also and mine is still acting up. I've run update numerous times, verified PTIN, rebooted....ugh?

I CHECKED IT, WENT BACK TO MY E-FILING AND IT ACTUALLY WENT THROUGH

I am having the same problem. I have updated and checked the "verify PTIN" button. It was already selected. Still can not efile or print the return.
This should not be a problem on opening day!
