E-file Issue

I have a question -- I have a return I am trying to e-file that will not go through, but I'm not getting an error message or any reason why it isn't transmitting. It just fails to transmit with no message/reason give for why. No e-filing errors exist in the client's file. Everything else is going through except for this one client file.

Hi TxLaine,

You could first try disabling error conversion checking when converting\transmitting the return from the EF Center. That will either allow the return to be transmitted or an error message will be displayed.

If neither of those occur, please try performing a Save As on the return and save with a new file name, then attempt to convert and transmit the return.
