crashing when printing

i had to do an update tonight (around 8:00 eastern time) and ever since then my individual returns are crashing when i go to print the entire return. Anyone else having this issue and know how to un-do a update?

Try rebooting the computer first and see if the problem continues. 

If it does, you cant "undo" an update, but you can use REPAIR UPDATES and see if that fixes it.   

Close ProSeries and go to the Windows Programs menu, go to proSeries 2020 and Choose Tools - Repair Updates and see if that helps at all.
