Has anyone run into the issue were clients disappear from the home base at random (even after the return is finished)?
This is every accountants nightmare. So far, we lost 30 clients. Some are in home base that cant be opened. Some are missing from the home base but are in 20Data and cant be restored. Some are missing from both home base and 20data.
We called Proseries over a dozen times about this, this year. The tech support walk us through some same tired troubleshooting steps then say they don't know what is wrong. We even asked to speak to a supervisor. They set up a time to call us back but never called us.
We are at our wits end here....

Try refreshing the home base view. I lost all of my clients in the home base view for 1040 individuals and it worked for me. Good luck!
