I have comment directed at the Developers about the recent change to charitable donations on Schedule A.
While I understand the potential need for a change (although why on earth they do it in the middle of tax season when the Developers are so behind on more important things is horrifying), WHY IN HELL are we still allowed to enter amounts directly on Line 11 and Line 12 if they don't do anything?
Those need to be automatically calculated fields that do NOT allow anything to be entered.
Due to changes made to 1040 Schedule A, Cash and non-cash contributions are required to be entered on the appropriate smart worksheets above Lines 11 and 12 in order to apply applicable limits. This will allow ProSeries to total the contributions made on Line 14.

Hi @TaxGuyBill thanks so much for your post! The developers are currently working to either remove the ability to enter anything directly on lines 11 or 12, or add an error message, and you should see this change in an upcoming release.
