Cannot open 2021

Cannot open Proseries for 2021 at all.  When I try to uninstall it, it states it is open.  If I try and download it again it says it is already open.

Have you rebooted your computer anywhere along the way in your attempts to get it fired up?

to force close of a program showing open I use ctrl alt del to open task manager, locate the program in Task Manager, highight it and hit the "end task" button in the bottom right of the task manager box.

Rebooted several times and also done cltr alt del, it does not show proseries as being open.

Have you tried going to your computer start button, click on ProSeries and then select "tools- repair updates"?

Yes I did that as well.  It downloads the updates and install updates but then nothing.  It just goes wait etc but nothing appears.
