How do you set up global time keeping on all tax returns automatically. I bill by the hour with a 1 hour minimum.

Do you want tax software or billing software? ProSeries is tax software with some basic billing, time tracking, etc. features. It does not offer the flexibility of stand-alone time billing software.

It does time tracking in the Pro Series software used for client invoicing. I just don't know where to set it up to start. And doing it each time you open a return is not very smart. How remembers? By the time I do sometimes a half an hour is gone. And some returns I am in and out 10 times before it is completed.

I've been using ProSeries for 5 years now. There was a feature to start the clock every time you open a return. I don't see that feature this year.
